Why do people in a incidences of accidents try to solicit money or demand for money from a person who caused an accident or the person who caused an accident propose to pay for the damages when they have valid insurance displayed in their cars and have been paying insurance campanies for years. I'm referring to simple accidents like scratching or breaking lights, bumper damage etc. Can someone explain what insurance is types of insurance and when do the insurance come in.
