MISSING PERSON He is 22 years old. His name is SEBE MULUMBWA of Ndola, Mitengo. He works in a booth at Isubilo corner in Chifubu. His phones went off around 19:00 yesterday the 14/04/2022. Several of us tried to contact him since up to beyond 21:00 but of no success. He eventually called his aunt in Lusaka sounding scared and uneasy claiming he was… More kidnapped in Malasha grounds in Chifubu by three men with knives and bundles in car but could not identify where he was at that time. He claimed he had escaped and grabbed one of his phones to make that particular call. The phone again went off just after that conversation with his aunt. We are worried about him.
